The eBay toolbar is not working with Internet Explorer and you will need to download and install Internet Explorer 9 with eBay from the official web page as an alternative. Click the green button, save the file to your computer and install it following the on-screen instructions. After that, log in to your eBay account and configure the alerts. If you have issues, use the Customer Service page to get in touch with the support team.
